Rybakina on the upcoming match against Gauff: "She is a very good fighter. I understand the match will be very tough. For me, it's important now to try to recover. If her serve is working well, returning it will also not be easy. I think the most important thing is to focus on my serve, stay concentrated, take my chances when they come, and play with a lot of energy from the very beginning."

Swiatek on the win over Schneider: "Any quarterfinal is tough, and today was also not easy, especially because of the spin she puts on the ball, and the conditions. It was very, very windy, so sometimes it was just hard to play in a good rhythm. I'm glad I managed to keep the ball in court and be more consistent. Definitely, this tournament is going better than most tournaments I've played this season. I'm trying to appreciate this, to be grateful that I have another opportunity to play…"

Noskova on her Wimbledon victory: "I probably still haven't 100% realized what happened in the last couple of weeks." Linda Noskova commented on her first won match after her triumph at Wimbledon. In Cincinnati, she defeated Katie Boulter with a score of 6:3, 6:3 and advanced to the third round. "It's always tough to start a match by losing your serve. Katie is a great tennis player, and I knew it would be difficult. I needed to find my rhythm and my game. I probably still haven't 100% realized what happened in the last f...

Rybakina on her win over Gauff: "I feel like I've spent so many hours on court that the shots just flow from my racket. In important moments, I got a bit lucky with my returns landing on the line. I just tried to fight. It was a long day. I tried to stay focused, my serve helped me, especially at the end. In the first set, we both played well, but then my level dropped a bit. I'm just happy that I was able to win in three sets again. I think my team and I prepared very well. Now the most important thing is to move forward. Z..."

Khodar on the defeat by Nakashima: "He played very well, he returned the ball skillfully at the beginning of the match, so today it was difficult for me to find my rhythm. But that's all part of the game. I saved break points well, showing good tennis. Then we got to the tie-break — and what happened, happened. As the match progressed, I started to feel better. He served excellently today, especially during important rallies. I tried my best, but it didn't turn out the way I wanted. I want to give him full credit, because on..."

Bublik on tennis and football: "It's tougher for us; we play with our hands and feet, alone, with unfixed working hours – up to five hours." Alexander Bublik suggests that tennis is harder than football. "They are completely different games, but, based on the fact that we play with both our hands and move with our feet, it's probably tougher for us. And we play alone. And we have unfixed working hours – from one to five hours. Probably, we… logically: we need to both move and hit the ball; the rally ends, you immediately lose or in…"
